How outsourced staffing helps your industry.
A dedicated offshore team that takes on your everyday work, so you can focus on growing your business.
Healthcare
Admin, scheduling and billing support for clinics, practices and healthcare providers.
Phone calls, appointment books, insurance checks and billing queries take hours out of your staff’s day. A dedicated offshore healthcare admin team takes that work on in your opening hours, so your clinicians and front desk can spend more time with patients.

- Patient coordinators
- Medical billing assistants
- Healthcare virtual assistants
- Admin team leads
What your team takes off your plate
- Patient scheduling, reminders and rescheduling
- Inbound and outbound calls and patient enquiries
- Insurance eligibility checks and authorisation paperwork
- Medical billing support and claim follow up
- Data entry, records indexing and document handling
- Referral, inbox and message queue management
How it helps your business
- Calls and messages answered throughout your opening hours
- Clinical and front desk staff freed from routine admin
- Fuller schedules, with gaps and missed appointments followed up
- Billing and paperwork kept moving every working day
- Tools your team works in
- Your practice management system, patient records system, phone system and billing software, using accounts you control.
- Your data
- Patient data stays in your systems. Your team works from our supervised office on company equipment, under confidentiality terms, with access rules agreed with you before work starts. If you need specific contract terms, such as a business associate agreement under HIPAA or a data processing agreement under UK GDPR, raise it on your discovery call.
- Why it saves you money
- Healthcare admin is steady, process driven work done in software you already use, which makes it one of the most practical areas to move to a dedicated offshore team.

Agencies
White label design, development, marketing and lead generation for agencies.
Agency work comes in waves, and hiring locally for every busy month is slow and expensive. A dedicated team works white label as part of your agency, inside your project tools, so you can take on more clients without adding local headcount.

- Senior staff free to focus on strategy and client relationships
- Tools your team works in
- Your project boards, shared drives, design tools and client accounts, such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, WordPress or your CRM.
- Your data
- Your team works inside your accounts and under confidentiality terms, so client files and logins stay in your control, and your clients don’t need to know where the work is done.
- Why it saves you money
- If you bill client work at a higher rate than your team costs you, every hour they deliver improves your margin. And you only add people when your client list grows.

Real estate
Lead follow up, listing admin and transaction coordination for agents and property firms.
In real estate the fastest reply often wins the business, but agents can’t answer every enquiry while they’re out at viewings. A dedicated team follows up your leads, keeps listings and your CRM up to date, and keeps paperwork moving, all in your business hours.

Software development
Dedicated developers, QA testers and IT support who join your team and your sprints.
Hiring developers locally is slow and expensive, and an outsourcing agency builds a project without becoming part of your team. A dedicated offshore developer works only on your product, joins your standups and ships in your repositories, directed day to day by you.
- Frontend developers
- Backend developers
- Full stack developers
- Mobile developers
- QA testers
- IT support specialists
What your team takes off your plate
- Web and mobile app development
- New features, bug fixes and maintenance
- Manual and automated testing
- IT support, help desk and systems administration
- Documentation and code review support
How it helps your business
- More engineering capacity without a long local hiring process
- Knowledge of your codebase kept inside your team
- Working hours that overlap with your engineers
- A steady team instead of rotating contractors
- Tools your team works in
- Your repositories, cloud accounts, issue tracker and chat, such as GitHub, GitLab, Jira, Slack or Microsoft Teams.
- Your data
- Code stays in your repositories and cloud accounts, with access you control and can remove at any time. Ownership of the code is agreed in your services agreement.
- Why it saves you money
- Offshore developer salaries are lower than in the UK, US, Canada or Australia, and your fee also covers recruitment, equipment and supervision, so you add engineering capacity for less than a local hire.

AI automation
Automation specialists who build and run AI workflows, so your people spend less time on repetitive work.

- Tools your team works in
- Automation and AI platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Microsoft Power Automate and the OpenAI or Anthropic APIs, plus your existing software. Candidates are tested on the tools you use.
- Your data
- Automations run in your own accounts, with API keys and permissions you control. Before anything is built, we agree with you which data may be sent to AI services.
- Why it saves you money
- One specialist can automate work that would otherwise take several people’s time, and you pay one monthly fee instead of hourly consultancy rates.

Will it be cost effective for you?
For ongoing, office based work it usually is. Here is where the savings come from, and when a dedicated offshore team is not the right answer.
Where the savings come from
- Lower salaries. Skilled, English speaking offshore professionals earn less than their counterparts in the UK, US, Canada and Australia.
- No recruitment fees. Sourcing, skills tests and interviews are part of your monthly fee.
- No office or equipment costs. Office space, laptops, internet and backup power are all included.
- No payroll or HR admin. We employ your team, run payroll and handle local compliance.
- Less management time. A Chishty Global manager supervises your team on site every day.
- A low risk start. Every partnership begins with a three month probationary period.
When it may not be the right fit
- Work that has to happen in person, such as patient care, property viewings or on site IT repairs.
- Work that needs a licence held in your country, such as clinical decisions or regulated financial advice.
- A one off task that lasts a few days, where a freelancer is usually simpler.
- A role with only a few hours of work each week.

What does Chishty Global do?
We provide dedicated, full time offshore professionals who work only for your business, in your hours and your tools. We recruit them, employ them, give them a supervised office and equipment, and manage them day to day, all for one monthly fee. You direct the work.
Which industries do you work with?
Our focus is healthcare, agencies, real estate, software development and AI automation, but we place most office based roles for startups, small businesses and mid size companies in the UK, US, Canada and Australia. If your industry isn’t listed, tell us what you need.
Will it really cost less than hiring locally?
For ongoing, office based work, usually yes. Offshore salaries are lower, and your fee also covers recruitment, office space, equipment, payroll and supervision, which you would pay for separately with a local hire. Exactly how much you save depends on the role and your local salaries, so use the calculator on this page and compare it with your quote.
How much does a dedicated team member cost?
Each role is priced as one monthly fee, based on the skills and seniority it needs, the hours it works and the size of your team. You receive a written proposal with the full price before anyone starts. Book a call and we’ll quote for your roles.
What is included in the monthly fee?
Recruitment and screening, payroll, HR and local compliance, office space, laptops and equipment, internet and power backup, and day to day supervision by a Chishty Global manager.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. Your fee is set out in your proposal before anyone starts. Because your team works inside your own tools, licences for software such as your CRM or help desk are usually provided through your accounts, and your proposal states exactly what is and isn’t included.
How quickly can my team start?
It depends on how many roles you need and how specialised they are. We give you a timeline in your proposal, and you meet your shortlisted candidates before anyone starts.
Can I interview candidates myself?
Yes. We source, test and interview candidates first, then you meet the shortlist and choose who joins your team.
Can I start with just one person?
Yes. Many clients start with a single role, see the results during the three month probationary period, then add more people as they grow.
What happens after the three month probationary period?
We review the first three months together, including anything you’d like to change. If you’re satisfied, we sign a long term contract on mutually agreed terms.
Will my team work my business hours?
Yes. Your team works your business day, whether that is a UK, US, Canadian or Australian working day, so they are online when your customers and colleagues are. Exact shift times are agreed with you during setup and move with your clocks when daylight saving changes. See how offshore teams cover your hours.
How good is their English?
Every professional is interviewed in English before placement, and roles that speak with your customers are tested for spoken and written English.
How do you keep our data and our clients’ data safe?
Your team works from our supervised office, not from home, on company equipment and under confidentiality terms. Access rules are agreed with you before work starts, and your team can work entirely inside your own systems, with accounts you control and can switch off at any time. Read our data security checklist.
Can you work with patient data or other regulated data?
Yes, with the right safeguards agreed first. Patient and client data stays in your systems, and access permissions and data handling rules are set with you before work starts. If you need specific contract terms, such as a business associate agreement under HIPAA or a data processing agreement under UK GDPR, raise it on your discovery call so it is built into your agreement.
Who owns the work my team produces?
Ownership is agreed in your services agreement. Your team works inside your own accounts, repositories and shared drives, so the work stays with you.
Who manages the team day to day?
You decide what your team works on and how. A Chishty Global manager supervises them in our office, checks attendance and quality, and handles HR, payroll and equipment, so you have one point of contact instead of an HR problem.
What happens during power cuts or internet outages?
Internet and power backup are included in your monthly fee, so your team can keep working.
Will AI automation replace my team?
Usually not. Automation is best at repetitive steps, like moving data between systems or drafting first replies, while people handle judgement, exceptions and relationships. Many businesses get the most from both: an automation specialist who builds the workflows and a team who handles everything the automations can’t.
Which tools can my team use?
Your own. Your team works in your CRM, help desk, project boards, design tools or repositories, and candidates are tested on the tools your roles need before you meet them.
How do we get started?
Book a discovery call. We learn about your business and the work you need done, then send a tailored proposal with roles, hours and a clear monthly price. See how it works.
Still have a question? Send us an enquiry and we’ll reply within one business day.
